It was not so long ago that you would have said the phrase disposable hearing aids and people that used them would have laughed you right out of the room.  The fact of the matter today is that some of the devices that are being put out on the market are very good and are being used by millions of people to help with their hearing problems.

Something else that you will notice is that regardless of the price of the hearing aid, they all start off with the same technology.  Your disposable model may not have all of the fancy features that the other ones have, but they will still get the job done. This is again very attractive to people that don’t necessarily have to wear the hearing aid all the time.

Between the price feature and the fact that they will indeed get the job done, may people find the idea of paying thousands of dollars for a hearing aid something that they would prefer not to do.  As technology improves, the little guy is the one that ends up winning because even the cheapest of items will be better than the best of items 10 years ago.  Disposable hearing aids make that claim a reality.
